UNLV head basketball coach Lon Kruger has been a very successful change agent in college basketball history. Kruger has rejuvenated five programs, and they have reigned victorious after he changed their respective cultures. In his 23 seasons as a head college basketball coach, Kruger has amassed more than 400 career wins and has guided his teams to the NCAA Tournament 11 times.
D.J. Allen is founder of Imagine Marketing, a public relations and advertising firm. Allen works with UNLV head coach Lon Kruger and the Runnin’ Rebel program. He also facilitates strategic planning sessions for business, government and non-profit organizations.
